RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The theme for this competition is “Coming Together As One”
2. This competition is open to
- Category A: 13 – 17 years old
- Category B: 18 – 30 years old
3. Participants will be judged on :
a. Originality and creativity – 40%
b. Clear communication of layout & color – 30 c. Practical Skill – 30%
4. The drawing has to be produced on a standard drawing block (138gsm) and only
on one side of the paper.
5. All participants shall receive a National Level Certificate of participation.
6. ALL participants MUST be in Penang Times Square on 30/08/2010 at 7pm for the prize presentation and certificate
presentation.
7. The organizer is not responsible for the loss or mishape of the drawing and the judges
decisions are final. No objection will be entertained.
8. 1st Prize : X1, RM 500 cash + Trophy + Certificate
2nd Prize : X1, RM 300 cash + Trophy + Certificate
3rd Prize : X1, RM 100 cash + Trophy + Certificate
Consolation Prize: X 5 Trophy + Certificate
9. All drawings and Winners’ drawings will be published on the event date
10. The deadline of submission is 20th August 2010
11. Registration Fees of RM5 per participant.
12. Pass this form attached with your drawing to your respective learning institution after completion.

Its the normal drawing block =)

i want to ask isn't if i participate on this competition but didn't win.I will also got a certificate right?
Do send the drawing .. including the registration fees to 22-9-2, Lorong Hijau 8, Eastern Court 11600 Penang. Else just let us know when you are done, we will come over to your college/learning institution to collect it.
