RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. This event is open to the public on a first-come-first-served
basis, limited to a maximum of 40 teams.
2. Four (4) participants in a team.
3. Participants must be 13 years old and above.
4. Registration Fee: RM50 per team including RM10 of returnable deposit.
5. On the event date, Participants must bring along their original ID and the payment receipt given by The Organizer to prove their identity and to claim the
deposit.
6. Decisions made by The Organizer are final. No protest will be entertained under
any circumstances.
7. The Organizer will not be held responsibility towards any injury and misshape that arise before, during and after the event.
8. Please bring EXTRA clothes for this event.
9. Rules and Regulations as well as the date of event are subjected to be changed.
10. ALL participants must be in Penang Times Square on 29/08/2010 by 9.30am. ALL participants MUST also be in Penang Times Square on 30/08/2010 at 7pm for the prize presentation.
11. The Grand Prizes are:
Champion – Hamper + Cash + National Certificates worth RM1000
1st Runners-up – Hamper + Cash + National Certificates worth RM800
2nd Runners-up – Hamper + Cash + National Certificates worth RM500
12. Any injury or mishape occurs is at participant’s own risk.
13. Pass this form to your respective learning institution after completion.

erm....mean rm50 per team?
is 4 participants kongsi rm50 to pay the registeration?
Its RM10 per person only =) We will refund you RM10 upon attendance.. So total of RM40 nya =D
so when we register..then we gif hw much per person 1st?
When you register you pay RM50 first.. But when you come on the event date, we refund you RM10 =D
